Emerging Leaders Academy
The Emerging Leaders Academy received the "Exceptional Noncredit Program" award from the Association for Continuing Higher Education Region 8 at its annual conference in Kansas City on February 29, 2008. ACHE Region 8 gave the PMC this award in recognition of ELA’s innovations in curriculum and public sector partnerships.
The Public Management Center is located on 10th Street, about one quarter mile west of the Statehouse and directly across the street from Topeka High School.
