Certified Public Manager Program
The cost for the Certified Public Managers program, which is a year-long program, is $2,200 for state employees; and $2,700 for local, federal and other employees.
The lower cost for state employees reflects the fact that the PMC receives substantial state support for its operations.
The fee covers tuition, materials, a mid-year conference and end of the year graduation ceremony. Most commonly, agencies sponsor their employee's participation. Sponsoring agencies are billed by the PMC in March.

The Public Management Center is located on 10th Street, about one quarter mile west of the Statehouse and directly across the street from Topeka High School.
