General Information

Release Forms

You will receive a participant form and a medical release form for each weekend in your e-confirmation packet. You may also download the forms. These required forms must be completed and signed and handed in at check-in at the beginning of the Scholar Weekend. If the signed forms are not turned in, registrants will not be allowed to participate in the program.

Financial Scholarships

Parking on Campus

Eaton Hall is located at 1520 W. 15th St. For drop off and pick up, families may park in any lot or space designated gold, blue, red or yellow as well as in metered spots. There are numerous spaces near Eaton Hall and in the parking garage. Click here to see a campus map. Eaton Hall is F4 on this map.

Wescoe Hall is located at 1445 Jayhawk Blvd. For drop off and pick up, families may park in any lot or space designated gold, blue, red or yellow as well as in metered spots. There are parking spaces along Jayhawk Blvd. and a parking lot behind Watson Library (G-H5 on the map) which is not far from Wescoe Hall. Please see the map for these nearby locations.
