You will receive in your E-confirmation packet two release forms. These required forms must be signed and returned to the KU-Duke TIP Registration Office before the start of the Scholars Weekend. If the signed forms are not received prior to the Duke TIP Weekend, registrants will not be allowed to participate in the program.
Return the forms to: KU-Duke TIP, Honors Program, ATTN: Mark Daly, 1506 Engel Road, Lawrence, Kansas 66045-3845 or fax: (785) 864-5178 and bring the originals with you when you check in.

A full refund of registration fees, less a $50 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by April 9, 2010 for the April 17–18 weekend. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) KU Honors Program reserves the right to cancel Scholar Weekends and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
