
All participants are required to sign attendance rosters at the beginning of each day. A certificate of completion will be provided to all activity participants based on documentation of actual attendance time, meeting minimum attendance requirements specific to the activity, and payment in full. If you are not paid in full, your certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment.

CDR Dietitian Credit: This course is approved for a maximum of 10.0 hours at CPEU Level 2 for Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians, Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for the American Dietetic Association. Certified Diabetes Educators: To satisfy the requirement for renewal of certification by continuing education for the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE), continuing education activities must be applicable to diabetes and approved by a provider on the NCBDE List of Recognized Providers (www.ncbde.org). Physical Therapists: This course has been approved for 9.8 CEUs by the Kansas Physical Therapy Association (KTPA)
Performance Improvement: The American Medical Association has endorsed PI activities as a means for physicians to improve their practices and has awarded up to 20 Category-1 credits to those learners who complete all three phases of any PI activity. Enrollment in a PI activity will be open to learners at this conference without additional cost.
