Payment is required at the time of registration. Only registrations accompanied with payment will be accepted. Please register in advance. Fees include course materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and continuing education credit.

How to Register
| We are no longer accepting online preregistation for this program. On-site registrations will be accepted. The registration desk will be open on Monday, December 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and it will re-open at 6:30 am on Tuesday, December 8. If you plan to register on-site, you may wish to download and complete a registration form. Bring the completed registration form with you in order to speed up your registration process. Refund & Cancellation Policy
A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by Tuesday, December 1, 2009. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.)
KU Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel the First Biennial Kansas Homeland Security Summit and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

All events will take place at the Hyatt Regency of Wichita, 400 West Waterman, Wichita KS 67202 (View a Google map). While attending this activity, you can be reached at (316) 293-1234. Callers should ask for the First Biennial Kansas Homeland Security Summit Program. Please bring a sweater or jacket, since temperatures can be difficult to control in large rooms.
Lodging
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency of Wichita, 400 West Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202, (316) 293-1234 at the Government rate of $83 a night. The room block expires on November 14, 2009. To take advantage of the special rate, call (316) 293-1234 by November 14, 2009 , and mention that you will be attending the First Biennial Kansas Homeland Security Summit. After November 14, 2009 , room availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
