KU Independent Study offers academically qualified high school students an opportunity to earn dual credit. Students may take KU freshman and sophomore level courses (100 and 200 level) from the departments listed below. KU awards the college credit. The high school awards high school credit.* Students can fit learning into their busy schedules and earn college credits without sacrificing other high school or personal commitments.
