Kansas Fire and Rescue Training Institute constantly searches for new ideas and concepts to improve instructional effectiveness and overall safety for Kansas firefighters. This conference brings you some of these by interactive presentations and open forums that offer participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in a personal and professional growth experience. New viewpoints in training today’s fire service, theories related to firefighter and officer training, insights for improving instructional skills and firefighter safety will be some of the topics this conference covers.
