Kansas Fire and Rescue Training Institute (KF&RTI) is constantly searching for new ideas and concepts to improve the instructional effectiveness and overall safety of Kansas firefighters. This year’s conference promises to do just that and more. Interactive presentations and open forums will offer participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in a personal and professional growth experience. Topics will include new viewpoints in training today fire service, ways to improve instructional skills, firefighter safety, and the latest on training officer responsibilities that suggest we might need to change our overall educational methods.
