| Description: | This is the second step in meeting the NFPA's 1021 Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications. Course content will be useful to company officers and acting officers who aspire to enhance their knowledge and skills while preparing to advance in rank and responsibility. Current fire company officers will use it to remain informed about essential and innovative management, leadership, and human relations concepts. The course will address NFPA 1021, Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, 2009 edition. This course will prepare students to meet Job performance requirements for Fire Officer 2. |
