All courses will be held at the Doubletree Guest Suites Southcenter, 16500 Southcenter Parkway, Seattle, Washington 98188.
Lodging and transportation costs are not included in the course fee. You are responsible for making your own arrangements. Attendees from foreign countries should visit Visa Information Link for visa information.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Doubletree Guest Suites Southcenter hotel for course attendees. The rate is $129 for a standard single/double room plus local occupancy taxes. These rooms will be held as a block, unless depleted, until April 7, 2010, at which time they will be released to the public. After April 7, room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. To ensure that you get all the benefits available to our group make sure you or your travel agent book your hotel room in the University of Kansas Aerospace Short Course room block. The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is 3.5 miles (5.6 km) from the Doubletree Guest Suites Southcenter hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. No reservation is required. The hotel shuttle courtesy phone is located on the baggage claim level. Make sure to take the shuttle for the Doubletree Guest Suites Southcenter (there are two Doubletree hotels near the airport).
